Menu Characteristics

Low fat… low sugar… Nutrients condensed food!

Our menu is very nutritious and rich and food preparation and portioning are held under the supervision of our qualified dietitians. The menu is:

  • A child-centered menu that children will love;
  • Free of artificial sweeteners, colors, flavors, fillers and added trans-fats;
  • Vegetables and fruits served are organic thus very low in pesticides;
  • Reduced in fat, cholesterol, salt, and sugar: healthy fats and extra virgin olive oil are used due to their outstanding benefits, brown sugar and honey are used instead of white sugar and artificial sweeteners, and table salt is replaced with sea salt;
  • Free of frying! All dishes are baked, grilled or boiled;
  • Rich in whole grain foods, fresh fruits, and vegetables! Kids will be served with plenty of colored fruit, vegetables and whole grain foods (whole wheat pasta, brown rice, brown breads, pizza and Mnekish doughs are made with whole wheat flour etc...)
  • Freshly home-made: everything from main meals, dips, fresh salads, dressings, and marinades, to desserts, juices, kaak and pastries are freshly home-made
  • Rich in Natural flavors, inspired ingredient blends, and spices
